Recitals and Room Scheduling

To request a room reservation, please review the following procedures. By reserving a space, you agree to follow the School of Music’s key and piano policies.

  1. Review the Room Availabilities Calendar to find an available space. If you are scheduling a recital, please visit the Recital Rules page for additional information. Please visit the Recording Services page for information on services and fees.
  2. Recitals, Dress Rehearsals for approved Recitals, and Recording Services Sessions may be requested through the Room Scheduling Form in advance.
    - Recitals may be requested once your eligibility period has opened.
    - Recital Dress Rehearsals may be requested once your recital has been approved, and must take place within 30 days of the recital.
    - Recording Services Sessions may be requested at any time, and are subject to Recording Services crew availability.
  3. All other reservations for Rehearsals, Lessons, and Personal Recordings may be scheduled up to 21 days in advance. Reservations can be made in increments of 30 minutes starting on the half-hour, and with a maximum time of 2 hours.
